To request Technical Service, you must purchase it as you would any other product . This includes the collection and delivery service, as well as the diagnosis of the fault and the preparation of a quote.
At the time of purchase, you must accurately detail what is wrong with your robot, its general condition, and the accessories you are sending us.

Once we receive your purchase in our systems, We sent our transport company to bring your Roomba to us so we could examine it.
Within a few hours, we'll prepare a detailed quote and send it to you by email. At that point, you can decide whether or not to have your Roomba repaired.

If you accept the quote, we will send you instructions in this same email on how to proceed with the payment.
Once we receive payment, we will repair your robot as quickly as possible, generally within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation.
If you do not wish to have it repaired, you can indicate this by replying to that same email. We will then return your Roomba to you at no additional charge.

Once we have repaired and tested it, we will send your robot back.
The repair will have a 6-month warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty will only cover issues previously addressed by us and not any new problems that may arise.
If you decide not to repair your Roomba, we'll return it to you at no extra cost.
It's very rare for your Roomba to be beyond repair. However, if the robot is a few years old, some malfunctions aren't worth fixing.
That's why it's very important that you accurately describe your robot's problem and its overall condition. If we determine that it's not worth repairing, we'll contact you so you can decide. In that case, if you decide not to have the robot repaired before we collect it, we'll refund your money.
If after receiving the estimate you decide not to have it repaired, we will return your Roomba to you at no extra charge.

When you purchase a Roomba Repair Service, the system will ask for your address.
We will send our transport company to the address you provide to pick up your Roomba and bring it to our headquarters.
Once we finish the service, we will return it to the same address you indicated.
Although our transport efficiency is almost 100%, it is important that you carefully pack your Roomba and protect it from any bumps it may suffer during transport.
