Prepare your Roomba for shipment

  • As soon as you place your Roomba Repair Service order, you should prepare your robot. Our courier may arrive shortly...
  • Remove the robot's battery and place it inside a plastic bag , protected and in the same packaging as the robot. If you ship the robot with the battery inside, the robot may activate during transport and be damaged.
  • Before putting your Roomba in the box, you should protect it with bubble wrap or any other similar material so that it doesn't get scratched.
  • It is very important that you send us the charging base with its power adapter (if it has one) . Some malfunctions originate from this component.
  • If you're sending individual parts like virtual walls or other spares, please indicate this in the corresponding section and pack them securely so they don't bump against each other. Wrap each part separately in bubble wrap or similar material. Then, place the package in a snug-fitting box that provides ample protection.
  • If you keep the original box and will use it for shipping (Recommended), wrap the Roomba in a garbage bag before putting it in the box to prevent it from getting scratched by the cardboard.
  • If you send your Roomba in the original box, it is recommended that you wrap and protect it.

Step 1
Purchase the Technical Service

To request Technical Service, you must purchase it as you would any other product . This includes the collection and delivery service, as well as the diagnosis of the fault and the preparation of a quote.

At the time of purchase, you must accurately detail what is wrong with your robot, its general condition, and the accessories you are sending us.


Step 2
We analyze the problem

Once we receive your purchase in our systems, We sent our transport company to bring your Roomba to us so we could examine it.

Within a few hours, we'll prepare a detailed quote and send it to you by email. At that point, you can decide whether or not to have your Roomba repaired.


Step 3
We repaired it

If you accept the quote, we will send you instructions in this same email on how to proceed with the payment.

Once we receive payment, we will repair your robot as quickly as possible, generally within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation.

If you do not wish to have it repaired, you can indicate this by replying to that same email. We will then return your Roomba to you at no additional charge.


Step 4
We'll send it back to you

Once we have repaired and tested it, we will send your robot back.

The repair will have a 6-month warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty will only cover issues previously addressed by us and not any new problems that may arise.

If you decide not to repair your Roomba, we'll return it to you at no extra cost.

It's very rare for your Roomba to be beyond repair. However, if the robot is a few years old, some malfunctions aren't worth fixing.

That's why it's very important that you accurately describe your robot's problem and its overall condition. If we determine that it's not worth repairing, we'll contact you so you can decide. In that case, if you decide not to have the robot repaired before we collect it, we'll refund your money.

If after receiving the estimate you decide not to have it repaired, we will return your Roomba to you at no extra charge.

The most important thing is to have your Roomba ready as soon as you book the service. Our courier may come that same day, even that same morning or afternoon...

When you purchase a Roomba Repair Service, the system will ask for your address.

We will send our transport company to the address you provide to pick up your Roomba and bring it to our headquarters.

Once we finish the service, we will return it to the same address you indicated.

Although our transport efficiency is almost 100%, it is important that you carefully pack your Roomba and protect it from any bumps it may suffer during transport.

  • If you send your Roomba in the original box, it is recommended that you wrap and protect it.

The Technical Repair Service is carried out in two payments:

  1. Diagnosis and budget.

    A fixed fee is payable upfront when purchasing the service through this website. This fee includes diagnosis, a repair estimate, collection of your Roomba, and its return once repaired.

    We offer the following payment methods:
    • Secure POS terminal from Banco Sabadell. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway from this bank.
    • Cash on Delivery. You will pay the carrier when the product is collected.

  2. Repair.

    You only pay if you accept the quote. It covers the parts and labor required.

    Once we diagnose the robot, we will email you a quote, and at that point you can decide whether or not to accept the repair. This email will also include instructions with a link for you to pay for the repair (if you accept).

    If you ultimately accept the repair estimate, the only accepted payment method will be by Credit Card through our Secure Payment Gateway (Virtual POS) offered by Banco Sabadell.
