If we detect any worn or bad parts during maintenance, we will contact you to authorize us to change it.

The price of this service includes maintenance, home collection and subsequent delivery. There are no possible parts to replace.

  • Just make the maintenance order for your Roomba, you must have it prepared. Our carrier may arrive shortly ...
  • Send only your Roomba, do not send accessories. Virtual walls, charging bases, battery, etc.
  • For transport, it is highly recommended to remove the battery from your robot. With movement, it could be accidentally started.
  • If you are also going to send us the battery of your robot for us to check it, take it out of its interior and send it inside a plastic bag, protected and inside the same package, next to your Roomba.
  • Wrap your Roomba with bubble wrap or any other anti-shock material and put it in a box that fits well, is not loose, and is well protected.
  • If you keep the original box and want to use it for shipping, wrap the Roomba in a garbage bag before putting it in the box to avoid scratching it with the cartons.

Basic Maintenance (Every 1 or two years)

Maintenance Roomba Basic level This maintenance is recommended to be carried out every 1 or 2 years depending on the accumulated dirt. The sensors and the main parts where dirt accumulates the most are removed and cleaned, improving the operation of your Roomba and preserving it from possible breakdowns.

In addition, the software is updated and the most exposed moving parts of the robot are lubricated.

Complete Maintenance (Every 4 years)

Full Roomba Maintenance It is intended for more working Roombas, who are 4 years old or older.

In addition to doing all the basic maintenance processes, we disassemble all the gears of the car and all the parts of the tank (turbine, etc.) to remove friction, noise and improve the performance of your Roomba.

We also clean the outside of your robot and apply a wax layer to it that will improve its external appearance. (Within his possibilities)

Comprehensive Maintenance (Complete + brushes, filters and battery)

Integral Maintenance Roomba This maintenance is recommended for robots with a lot of loss of performance, which make noise and the battery is no longer long enough.

When you make the purchase of a Roomba Maintenance service, the system will ask for your address.

We will send our transport company to the address you indicate so that it can pick up your Roomba and bring it to our headquarters.
